Now its just a dull pain that occurs randomly and persists briefly. The only thing that got better, somewhat, is that the chest pain is not sharp and severe anymore like it used to be in the beginning. Also I get often a feeling that I can just describe as a head rush and dizziness. I am giga conscious about every itch and twist in my body now. Let's say it fuels health anxiety in a great deal. I am constantly obsessed with the health of my heart, my blood pressure (which is around 140. So basically my left pec is regularly in an uncomfortable state. I did not have one and instead the doctor told me about "acid reflux".Įver since I get almost daily weird slight chest pains that are located between my nipple and sternum. I legitimately thought I was about to leave this earth and a few days later I ended up in the ER with heart attack symptoms as this episode would repeat over the weak.

That nipple pain you’ve discussed is identical to mine, the pain we’re feeling is our stomach. But even if there’s something slightly wrong, the tests pick it up. But due to the heart palpitations and increased heart rate that I’ve been told is due to my stomach I really struggle to accept my heart is fine. I’ve recently started taking anxiety meds and I hope they’ll help. The anxiety makes the chest pain worse, and the chest pain makes the anxiety worse. Even though I’m fit and healthy and 24 years of age. All of which are based around the thought my heart might fail.
Yet my healthy anxiety gives me panic attacks daily that my death is imminent due to the chest pain and chest sensations I have. Had an endoscopy and found a hiatal hernia. I’ve had 6x ECGs 6x blood tests 5x chest X-rays 2x CT scans and 1x ultrasound. Over the past ten months I’ve been going through this myself and managed to convince myself my heart is failing.
